Salam and hi to you guys!! (wondering how long I didn't write new post) anyway, for some reasons I don't have time to update my blog...hhhuu... Now back to what I want to write.. Today my friends and I done the MUET speaking exam.. What is MUET?? It is the short form for Malaysian University English Test.. There are four papers which are speaking, reading, writing and listening..
Today I will focus on speaking, it consist of two task.. Task A for individually elaborate the point we get (2 minutes for get ready and 2 minutes more to present the point)..for task B, we will do group discussion to discuss which is the most important point (10 minutes given).
What question my team and I got??
(unfortunately I forgot the question!!!) but it was asking about:
why it is important to young adults to ask advice from parents when want to;
1) have life partner (get marry),
2) live in own house (not live with parents anymore),
3) study abroad (study overseas),
4) buy a car (buy 1st own car).
As candidate B, I got point no.2..for task A, I got 3 points (each points included reason and example) to elaborate but I am run out of time so I presented only 2 points (a bit disappointed) Then went in task B, firstly I disagree with other three points..but when nobody support me and we run out of time (again) so I decided to agree with point no.1..hhaa...
Something funny happened..1st when candidate C want to say that he agree with me but he said "I agree with candidate C..." hhhaa....he was candidate C!!! Then when candidate A said "Sometimes we can't listen to parents advice because not all of them are right..." LOL!! Even the examiners laughed!!
Even though I got stomachache (gastric) today, but I done my best!! Now we waiting this Saturday for other three papers...(wish us good luck!!) That's all...salam and good bye!!
